Gardell Clinic — Terms of Use (Online Courses)

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials (including but not limited to videos, texts, images, slides, PDFs, quizzes, downloads, and any other content) are the exclusive property of Gardell Clinic and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.

2. License of Use

By purchasing this course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content strictly for your own personal learning.

You are not permitted to:

• Share, resell, rent, or otherwise distribute course content to third parties.

• Record, copy, download, or redistribute course materials without written consent from Gardell Clinic.

• Share or sell your personal login credentials with anyone else.

3. Account Security & Access

• Your account and login details are strictly personal.

• Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

• Gardell Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of sharing logins or unauthorized access.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access.

• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Termination of Access

Gardell Clinic may suspend or revoke your access to the course immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of content.

• Sharing or selling login credentials.

• Misuse of the course platform.

• Gardell Clinic makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes from applying the information in the course.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardell Clinic disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the course content.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

8. Eligibility and Certification

To receive a course diploma or certificate of completion, participants must be licensed healthcare professionals (such as doctors, nurses, or dentists). After completing the course, participants will be required to submit valid proof of professional license for verification. Failure to provide such documentation will result in ineligibility to receive the official diploma or certificate.

9. Updates to Terms

Gardell Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
